Our toy production takes place in Burghaslach, which means that our products have earned the label "made in Germany". This results in short transportation routes from production to the sales locations, which is good for the environment.

It owes its impressive robustness to the polyethylene granulate from which it is made. In production, which has been carried out in Germany since 1972, we heat the granulate to 200 degrees and shape it in extrusion blow molds into the chic children's vehicle that the whole world knows. The granulate is turned into a stable plastic that is much more environmentally friendly than PVC, enables resource-saving production and gives the Bobby Car its longevity.
